Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the use of services provided by Best Maids Ever LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) to residential and commercial clients. By booking, purchasing or using services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

We offer residential and commercial cleaning. Frequency, scope and pricing are agreed upon before the appointment.

2. Appointments & Access

Clients must provide accurate address, instructions and safe access. If cleaners cannot access the property, a lock-out fee of $75 may be charged. Additional tasks may require extra fees.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing depends on property size, condition and requested services. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur fees or suspension.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

At least 24 hours’ notice is required. Same-day cancellations may result in a fee up to 50% of the scheduled service. If we reschedule, we will provide alternative options.

5. Client Responsibilities

Secure valuables, fragile items and pets. Inform us about hazards and special instructions. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or normal wear.

6. Satisfaction

Notify us within 24 hours if you are not satisfied. We will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge. Refunds are discretionary.

7. Liability

We carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, undisclosed high-value items, or issues arising from customer-supplied products. Liability is limited to the cost of service.

8. Supplies & Equipment

We provide our own products and equipment. We are not responsible for outcomes caused by client-requested products.

9. Safety

Staff may refuse service in unsafe or abusive conditions.

10. Commercial Services

Commercial agreements may have separate scope, pricing and invoicing terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Ongoing contracts may require 30 days’ notice unless otherwise agreed.

12. Governing Law

New Jersey law governs. Disputes are resolved in Somerset County courts.

13. Updates

We may update these Terms and post the latest version on our website.
