Standard Cleaning Checklist

For recurring customers who have had a deep cleaning within the last 1–2 months, our Standard Cleaning Checklist is ideal. It features 40 points and includes sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces, thorough dusting, wiping, vacuuming throughout the home and general tidying as needed.

Appointments booked without extras are considered Standard Cleanings. The full room-by-room scope is shown below.

Bathrooms

• Clean tub and shower tiles
• Clean and disinfect toilets
• Clean cabinet fixtures, countertops and cabinet doors
• Clean sink, mirror and faucet
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors
• Empty trash

Bedrooms

• Make beds
• Wipe exposed surfaces and lamps
• Dust picture frames
• Vacuum floors
• Clean mirrors and empty trash
• Basic organization under five minutes

Kitchen

• Wipe tables, bar tops and chairs
• Clean countertops and backsplash
• Clean sink and faucet
• Clean exterior cabinet faces and fixtures
• Empty trash, vacuum, sweep and mop
• Load dishwasher if applicable

Common areas

• Arrange cushions
• Dust décor and table tops
• Mop and vacuum where applicable
• Clean mirrors
• Basic organization under five minutes
• Empty trash
